On Friday, February 24, 2017, the MC3 2.0 Research Team hosted a virtual Peer-to-Peer Learning Exchange with a group of policy-makers and practitioners as well as leaders from NGO’s and the private sector. As part of the first phase of our research, we conducted interviews with participants from 11 Case Study Communities. During the summer of 2016, we re-interviewed a sub-sample of participants to track whether any changes had occurred in the development paths of their local governments. With interviewees and guests tuning in from across British Columbia, we shared our preliminary findings, discussed the concept of transformative change, engaged in peer discussion, and presented a draft framework of indicators developed to evaluate development path change.
